Thanks for the encouragement!!
I think I've bounced back and am now on track again. The food part is tough, but I really think the exercise is the hardest.
One I get out there and start walking, I'm fine and actually enjoy it. I also feel great afterward. Getting myself motivated to get out there in the first place is a challenge though. Once I miss one day, it is easier to miss the next and the next and the next......

I am going to walk in the Rocky Mount Pregnancy Center's Walk For Life in a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to it, but am a little nervous.

  1. You are right Kristi, if you excerise every day it is easier. Once you miss a day it's really easy to quit. It's just hard to find the time.

  2. I was doing some work at the house yesterday and worked up a really good sweat. MAN AM I SORE TODAY!!!!! I really need to do some stretches. I have the urge to do them anyway. Maybe this will be motivation to do some more physical activity. Now if I could just run up and down the stairs 100 times :O) Yeah for the Pregnancy Care walk. I know that will be fun. Jake is starting soccer practice on Monday night. If you would like, we could start walking close by the field and Kaylee and Holly could entertain themselves also. They might would liek to walk on their own too, while Jake practices. Just a thought.
